The future success of e-pharmacies hinges on their ability to address diverse patient needs. While a fully integrated ecosystem may not be realised by 2025, substantial progress is likely in creating solutions that prioritise patient outcomes over sales. Here's a glimpse into the potential ecosystem:
-Healthy Individuals: Wearables and digital tools promote healthy habits like regular exercise and reduced screen time, which are potentially tied to insurance incentives.
-At-Risk Groups: Affordable diagnostics, mental wellness resources, and routine health monitoring to prevent chronic conditions.
-Chronic Patients: Features like automated medication reminders, personalised diagnostics, and integrated diet and physiotherapy plans to improve adherence and health outcomes.
