Eligibility Criteria: According to the University of Mysore's current regulations, an applicant must hold a Master's degree or any other degree or diploma with at least 50-55% of the minimum marks or an equivalent cumulative GPA (CGPA).

Entrance exam: Candidates who were eligible for JRF fellowships after passing the GATE, SLET (KSET), ICAR, ICMR-JRF, DBT-JRF, UGC, and the University of Mysore Exam.
