GAO Tek Inc. Proudly Declares ATEB9200 Model: ARM ATEB9200
Toronto, ON – GAO Tek Inc. has announced a new ATEB9200. Atmel's AT91RM9200 SoC (System-on-chip) is built around the 200 MIPS ARM920T ARM Thumb processor with integrated 16K-byte instruction and 16K-byte data cache memories. The ATEB9200 Model: ARM ATEB9200 incorporates a rich set of system and application peripherals and standard interfaces in order to provide a single-chip solution for a wide range of applications that require maximum functionality at minimum power consumption at lowest cost.
The ATEB9200 Model: ARM ATEB9200 features an ETM (Embedded Trace Macrocell) and an enhanced ARM architecture 4v MMU and supports various memories including SDRAM, Static Memory, Burst Flash, Compact Flash, SmartMedia and NAND Flash integrated with a wide range of standard interfaces containing serial interfaces, Ethernet MAC interface, USB2.0 Full Speed Host and Device ports, I2S, I2C, SPI, etc. To complete the offer this SoC benefits from many debug features including JTAG-ICE, a dedicate UART debug channel (DBGU) and an embedded run-time trace.
