The Worxbee Certified Executive Assistant designation is awarded to Executive Assistants who meet rigorous criteria, including a minimum of 700 hours supporting Worxbee clients, strong client endorsements and recommendations, and verified expertise in executive-level support, through a proprietary Executive Assistant skills assessment.

The Worxbee Certified Executive Assistant designation is earned through real-world experience and demonstrated results. This distinction highlights each Executive Assistant's ability to provide high-level strategic support, streamline executive workflows, and optimize productivity for the leaders they serve.
The first group of Worxbee Certified Executive Assistants has already been selected, marking a significant step in raising industry standards. While the designation is currently exclusive to Executive Assistants within the Worxbee network, there are plans to expand eligibility to external Executive Assistants in the future. Moving forward, the program will continue to identify and celebrate the most skilled professionals in executive support.
