The 2017 programme for Paediatric Clinical Trials will review the latest developments leading to the advancement of paediatric medicines. • Simply applying standards you apply to adults may well not work for children – from lab ranges to dosing regimens to summary graphs and physiological or PK/PD assumptions
• A fundamental paradigm is that children are constantly growing and changing. How do we track this when we want stability during our trial periods?
• In developing a paediatric toolkit at Roche, what are the broad stroke highlights of some of the most “current” topics?
