Qualia Robotics - CEO Tudor Iustin

Unify AI Labs, an AI startup founded by Tudor Iustin in late 2024, has officially rebranded as Qualia Robotics. This transformation reflects the company's new mission to develop advanced humanoid synthetic robots capable of performing everyday tasks, allowing humans to focus on what truly matters.

"Our vision has always been to build technology that transforms how people live and work," said Tudor Iustin, CEO of Qualia Robotics. "This rebranding represents our commitment to creating humanoid synthetics that can seamlessly integrate into daily life, handling routine tasks while humans pursue more meaningful activities."

Qualia Robotics is an NVIDIA Inception Partner and will leverage NVIDIA's comprehensive AI platform and advanced hardware specifically designed for humanoid robotics development.

This technology partnership will enable the creation of robots with unprecedented capabilities in human-like movement, environmental awareness, and task execution.

The company's humanoid synthetics are being designed with safety as a primary consideration, incorporating advanced sensors and AI systems that ensure secure operation alongside humans in various environments.

Each synthetic will be fully customizable to meet specific user needs, whether for industrial applications, healthcare settings, or household assistance.

"We're developing synthetics that can navigate human environments naturally - climbing stairs, opening doors, and performing complex physical tasks that previously only humans could accomplish," added Iustin.

Qualia Robotics has announced an ambitious timeline, with plans to deploy its first fleet of humanoid synthetics by 2028. The company will follow a phased approach, beginning with controlled industrial environments before expanding to broader commercial and eventually consumer applications.

"The humanoid robotics field is advancing rapidly, and we're positioning ourselves at the forefront of this revolution," said Iustin. "Our 2028 deployment target allows us to thoroughly develop, test, and refine our synthetics to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and reliability."

The timing of Qualia Robotics' entry into the humanoid robotics market coincides with significant industry momentum. Major technology companies and specialized robotics firms are making substantial investments in this space, with humanoid robots increasingly seen as the next transformative technology.

Unlike many competitors, Qualia Robotics emphasizes the development of robots that truly resemble and function like humans, capable of integrating seamlessly into existing environments designed for human workers and assistants.
