Itransition SAP Department Achieves Two-Year Mark
Belarus, January 23, 2008 – Itransition SAP Department celebrates two years of its operation. The establishment of the Department was caused by a substantial increase of the projects for SAP development and support and empowered by Itransition business partners.Today Itransition offers an effective support scheme for implemented SAP R/3 systems. It is aimed at cost reductions on SAP system maintenance and oriented towards increase of its effectiveness. Functional SAP consultants for FI (finance), CO (controlling), MM (materials management), SD (sales and distribution) and other SAP modules and professional ABAP programmers work on different projects that include development and support of existing SAP solutions.
“Such collaboration allows companies which have SAP solutions to reduce the time spent on requests processing in support centres, cut costs on search and permanent employment when implementing an SAP solution, as well as to form a scalable project team for implementation and support of SAP solutions within а limited timeframe,” comments Yury Zelensky, CIO of Itransition.
Itransition SAP specialists participated in projects of SAP systems implementation (www.itransition.com/services/SAP_development ) and support in companies of Western and Central Europe and Russia in automotive and processing industries. Typical project tasks included customization of functional modules, reengineering and extra functionality of SAP legacy solutions (SAP R/3), development of connectivity interfaces and integration with legacy systems, report application engineering on OLAP base of BW/SEM technology, development and testing in ABAP and business processes engineering within modules, as well as customization and development of new reports and forms, including classical and interacting reports, logical databases, ABAP queries, etc.
