Aztecsoft appoints Mr. Satish Venkatachaliah as Senior Vice President, Global HR and Recruiting

Bangalore, 04, March, 2008:

Aztecsoft, the Global Software Engineering Services company today announced that Mr. Satish Venkatachaliah has been appointed as the Senior Vice President, Global HR and Recruiting, Aztecsoft Ltd.

Mr. Venkatachaliah has over 14 years of experience in HR, and has worked with a range of multinational software and IT companies in India providing strategic direction and driving key HR initiatives. Prior to joining Aztecsoft, Mr. Venkatachaliah was the Vice President, HR and a Member of the Board of Directors at SAP Labs, India. He has also worked with some key organizations like Oracle, India; Deutsche Software and McDowell India, pursuing core HR functions. During his tenure at SAP Labs India he was awarded “The HR Achiever Award” by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress for his substantial contributions to the function and industry.
