Based on the application type: The semiconductor filter market is segmented into cleanroom and equipment. Airborne molecular contamination (AMC) filters are used for cleanroom applications.

Based on the product type: The semiconductor filter market is segmented into cartridge, capsule, and rectangular boxes.
