Application Procedure

Application instructions: The surface must be clean, dry, neutral, even, free of floating ash, oil stains and sundries. All leaking positions must undergo waterproof treatment. Before spraying, the surface must be polished and leveled to ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10% and the pH value is less than 10. The paint effect will depend on substrate eveness.

Application conditions: Wall temperature: greater than or equal to 5, humidity less than or equal to 85%, good ventilation conditions.

Application method: brush coating, roller coating, and spraying.

Dilution ratio: This product may be diluted with an appropriate amount of water (until it reaches a suitable viscosity for application).

Recoating time: The surface drying time is 30-60 minutes, and thorough drying will take 2 hours. The recoating internal is 2-3 hours (both of them may be appropriately extended under low temperature and high humidity conditions).

Curing period: 7 days/25; under low temperature and high humidity conditions, the curing period may be appropriately extended in order to obtain a tough paint film effect. During the paint film curing and daily use process, it is recommended that doors and windows should be closed for dehumidification in case of high humidity weather (such as the damp season, plum rain, etc.).

Substrate Treatment:

1. New walls: Thoroughly remove the dust, oil stains and loose putty, etc. from the surface. If there are pores, repair them in time so as to ensure that the wall surface is clean, dry and even.

2. Repainted walls: It is recommended to thoroughly remove the original paint film and putty layer, clear dust from the surface, and level, polish, clean and dry the wall surface thoroughly, so as to prevent the problems left over from the old wall (such as odor, mildew, etc.) from affecting the application effect
