Oracle ERP Cloud Electronic Invoicing

Hamburg, February 25, 2024 - delphi Business Information Consultants GmbH (dbic), a leading IT consulting firm specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud applications, is introducing a new add-on for electronic invoicing in the Oracle ERP Cloud. This allows Oracle ERP Cloud users to seamlessly process incoming and outgoing invoices in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, the standard formats used in Germany-efficiently, easily, and fully integrated.

Electronic invoicing has long been mandatory for companies working with public sector clients. Moreover, the German Growth Opportunities (Tax) Act (Wachstumschancengesetz) requires that, as of January 1, 2025, businesses in Germany must be able to receive invoices sent electronically in B2B transactions. By the end of 2027 at the latest, companies will also be required to send their outgoing invoices electronically. To comply, organizations must adapt both their processes and ERP systems.

With dbic's solution, companies can fully digitize their invoicing processes within the Oracle ERP Cloud while ensuring compliance with current legal requirements. This not only reduces manual effort but also minimizes errors and enhances efficiency in invoice processing.

The dbic e-invoicing add-on supports both the creation and transmission of outgoing invoices in ZUGFeRD and XRechnung formats as well as the automated processing of incoming invoices in these formats. Thanks to its seamless integration with the Oracle ERP Cloud, invoice data can be processed directly-without the need for additional third-party software or platforms such as Peppol and leverages the Oracle Fusion Collaboration Messaging Framework to ensure secure and efficient invoice transmission.
