Kenwood Quarry LLC, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, a mid-Atlantic commercial property owner-manager, announced today that it had completed a 9,800 sf, 7-year lease with Straughan Environmental [https://www.straughanenvironmental.com/], a leading engineering and environmental firm advancing sustainable & resilient communities.

Commercial Interior Construction has been awarded a contract to improve the space for Straughan. They are expected to occupy their new corporate headquarters in June.
