Niswey made the transition to a flat organization after extensive consulting with their staff. This has been beneficial both in terms of rising efficiency and hiring the right people for the job. But going flat has also brought about significant changes in how they on-board and groom new members who join the team. “The flat structure enables people to become high-performing and responsible professionals.
