McAllen, TX - January 6, 2025 - Coldwell Banker La Mansion Real Estate in McAllen, TX, today announced a merger with Brownsville, TX based Nexus Real Estate, to further expand the Coldwell Banker brand in The Rio Grande Valley. This is the first expansion effort by Coldwell Banker La Mansion Real Estate since joining the Coldwell Banker system in 2000.
