Threads Intelligent Message Hub named as one of 2016’s top innovations

JPY Ltd and Mail Robot Solutions Ltd (MRSL) are delighted to announce that their new cloud software service, Threads, has reached the final in no less than TWO categories in the 2016 IET Innovation Awards - Intelligent Systems and Information Technology.

Threads is a unique service capable of taking all of a company’s digital communications - including emails and telephone calls - and intelligently organising them into related - well, yes - threads. As such, Threads vastly improves collaboration among staff and makes it much easier to see the bigger picture. Threads applies artificial intelligence, speech and voice recognition as well as a raft of innovative human factors ideas so that, within minutes of use, most new users are able to collaborate in a way they never imagined possible.

Mail Robot Systems Ltd will join other finalists in London on 16 November, at a prestigious awards dinner and ceremony. Rob Bell, presenter of Underground Britain and Engineering Giants, will announce the winners.
