MARCO ISLAND, Fla. - December 23, 2024 - Engel & Volkers Florida today announced that its franchisee, Helen Donaghy, License Partner of Engel & Volkers Marco Island, has been installed as the 2025 President of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS Registered (MIAAOR). The 49th annual installation banquet formalized the selection of MIAAOR's leadership team of officers and directors for 2025.

Donaghy's appointment was first revealed in December 2023 during MIAAOR's 48th annual installation of officers and directors. The event, held in advance of the new year, confirmed Donaghy's role as President-Elect for 2024 while inducting the 2024 leadership team of the 600-member professional association. With the conclusion of Geoff Fahringer's term as 2024 President, Donaghy now assumes leadership of the organization.
