Fayetteville, NC - December 20, 2024 - Mary Persaud, an accomplished educator and advocate for special populations, proudly announces the opening of A&M Youth Cultivation Center in Fayetteville, NC. With a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree from Fayetteville State University, Persaud is dedicated to serving families and students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans in Cumberland County.
