On December 5th HNO International (HNOI) announced a formal teaming agreement with Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company (PHC) to accelerate the deployment of scalable hydrogen energy systems. This collaboration will leverage PHC's expertise in fluid power systems, power distribution, and service capabilities to support HNO International's vision of deploying hundreds of 1-10 megawatt electrolyzer production plants, refuelers (mobile and stationary), hydrogen refueling systems, and microgrid solutions.

PHC, a leader in the compressed gas industry for over 60 years, is the largest North American distributor for Haskel and serves a broad range of industries, including notable aerospace clients like SpaceX, Blue Origin, and NASA. Their affiliate company also provides power distribution technology to the majority of major datacenters in the United States, supporting clients such as Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft. Their extensive experience in fluid power solutions and high-pressure systems, along with their distribution lines of over 55 American-made brands of related equipment, will be instrumental in this partnership. PHC's robust service and repair infrastructure ensures long-term operational reliability, a critical factor in deploying cutting-edge hydrogen systems.

HNO International Partners with Dumore Enterprises to Test and Showcase Revolutionary Hydrogen Carbon Cleaner Technology

On October 23rd HNO International announced a groundbreaking partnership with Dumore Enterprises, a leading provider of oilfield and industrial services. This collaboration aims to test and deploy the HNOI innovative Hydrogen Carbon Cleaner (HCC) leaner and hydrogen-diesel blending technology on Dumore's extensive fleet of vehicles and equipment, providing higher fidelity real-world data on how hydrogen can enhance engine cleaning, improve fuel economy, reduce emissions, and lower maintenance costs.

Dumore Enterprises, with its decades of experience in vehicle retrofitting, particularly in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) installations and vehicle fleet management, is uniquely positioned to test the HNO International HCC technology across its wide range of light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. Dumore's fleet, including diesel trucks, forklifts, and industrial equipment, will undergo a rigorous 30-day testing phase at its Trinidad operations.

This collaboration will generate real-world data on the impact of hydrogen on engine performance. HNO International and Dumore will track key performance indicators such as fuel consumption, emissions reduction, and maintenance savings. These findings will provide invaluable insights into the broader adoption of hydrogen technologies in commercial fleets and heavy equipment industries. HNO International Signs Offtake Agreement to Supply Hydrogen Fuel to a Major Fuel Cell Truck Fleet in Texas

On September 17th HNO International (HNOI) announced the signing of an offtake agreement with a Texas-based leader in zero-emission transportation. Through this partnership, HNO International will supply hydrogen produced from its first-of-its-kind Scalable Hydrogen Energy Platform (SHEP), a 1.25 MW electrolysis system that generates up to 500 kilograms of hydrogen per day. This clean hydrogen will be used to refuel Class 8 fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) using the HNOI Compact Hydrogen Refueling System (CHRS) which supports 350 and 700 bar fuel dispensing.

This collaboration marks a pivotal moment in the shift away from diesel toward clean energy solutions for the trucking industry. With hydrogen fuel offering significant advantages in terms of range, payload capacity, and environmental impact, this partnership demonstrates the viability of hydrogen as the fuel of the future for long-haul transportation.
