Devinix, Inc. acquires easyDebit ePayment GmbH

Devinix, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquirer privately held easyDebit ePayment GmbH, a German based payment service provider specializing in domestic payment processing and risk management within the Germany market.

Under the terms of the agreement, Devinix will acquire easyDebit’s entire suite of payment processing services and portfolio (including direct debit, credit cards, invoice, prepayment, cash on delivery, and cash in advance), its risk management suite of services (such as credit review, scoring, address check, fraud protection, and blacklisting) and its account receivable management services (dunning, payment registration, invoice production, and collection services).

With the acquisition of easyDebit’s payment services, Devinix plans to accelerate its merchant services business by expanding its customer base within the German market. The combination of Devinix’s global payment platform with easyDebit’s German payment service will allow immediate access to global services for easyDebit clients.
