Unlike Leroy Jethro Gibbs, the fictional character and the original hero of the CBS TV series NCIS, played by Mark Harmon, Todd is a real-life NCIS investigator, conducting complex felony level criminal and administrative Investigations for the Navy.

But both NCIS's Gibbs and Todd share some winning characteristics in common:

* Work hard
* And relentlessly and consistently pursue the leads till the goal is achieved.

Believe it or not, at the young age of 10, Todd already knew what he wanted - to become a G-Man. With that clear purpose in mind, he developed a plan and utilizing his love of Notre Dame, history, and military service, he faithfully and painstakingly executed his plan.

The result? Todd graduated from Notre Dame as a two-time All-American fencer. After a career in local, state, and federal law enforcement, Todd is currently an NCIS Investigator, living his G-man dream.

What's the point? Just to brag on Todd's achievement? No! Todd is the last person to brag or have others make a public display of his achievements just for the sake of vainglory. In fact, he insists that the keys and strategies that work for him can work for any other person, no matter their socio-economic background or nationality.
