Automechanika Shanghai 2024 is about to celebrate its 20th anniversary, and a series of specially planned 20th anniversary activities will be held on site, adding colours to this milestone moment of the show. The organisers will plan a number of unique interactive activities for the audience, aiming to bring unprecedented experiences to all parties.

Responding to the theme of this year's show, 'Innovation - Integration - Sustainable Development', the 20th anniversary series of activities not only fully demonstrate the diversity and vitality of Automechanika Shanghai, but also highlight the automotive industry's deep concern and commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility and technological innovation. Automechanika Shanghai 2024 will be held from 2 to 5 December at the China National Convention and Exhibition Centre (Shanghai), with a total exhibition area of 350,000 square metres, 14 exhibition halls and an estimated 6,500 exhibitors.

Green Mile' Charity Programme

The organisers will launch a charitable walking donation programme for attendees during the show: the 'Green Mileage' campaign. Participants can join the programme individually or in small groups. After joining the programme, the app will automatically record the number of steps taken during the show, which can be redeemed for a donation to the Community Chest after completing the specified number of steps, thus supporting tree-planting activities and contributing to environmental protection and a sustainable future. This activity is highly in line with Automechanika Shanghai's commitment to environmental protection over the years and the show's philosophy of sustainable development, which comprehensively presents the technological innovation and transformation and upgrading of the entire automotive industry chain, and actively promotes the transition to new energy and sustainable solutions, embracing the goal of green and sustainable development of the automotive industry.

This year's Automechanika Shanghai has also specially planned the show's hot theme visiting route activities, from the four themes of energy power, intelligent driving, automotive services and automotive life, eight special visiting routes are carefully set up to provide a systematic and efficient communication and docking opportunities for exhibitors and visitors. In addition, the exhibition will also re-launch the live broadcast of the 20th anniversary event.
