Katie Wrigley, founder of The Catapult Effect, has done what once seemed impossible: completing a 13.2-mile race in 2024 after relying on crutches for 18 months, ending in 2018. After a knee replacement surgery that didn't bring the recovery she hoped for, Katie decided to take control of her health. Using Cognomovement and other tools she now teaches, Katie overcame pain, trauma, and sleeplessness to completely transform her life.

In 2018, Katie Wrigley was stuck. After 18 months of relying on crutches and a knee replacement surgery that failed to bring relief, she knew she needed a new path. "I was tired of feeling stuck and limited by pain," Katie says. "I decided to find better ways to manage my health."
Fast forward to 2024, and Katie has completed a 13.2-mile race-something she never thought possible. Her success came from using Cognomovement and other simple, effective tools she now shares through The Catapult Effect.
