Chili honey is used for a delicious Thai dish

Singapore, [14 Nov 2024] - Hives Keeper, a unique and proudly Singapore honey brand, is excited to launch its latest collection of premium raw honey. Founded by two Singaporean beekeepers in 2022, Hives Keeper honey is carefully harvested from pristine locations in Thailand and Australia, ensuring a high quality, 100% natural product with no additives or preservatives. They aim to offer consumers globally a premium, authentic honey experience at an affordable price.

"We're incredibly proud to bring this brand to the market," said Joelle, Director of Hives Keeper. "As a Singapore honey brand, we wanted to offer a honey product that is both of exceptional quality and accessible to everyone."

Why Hives Keeper Honey?
• Proudly Singaporean: Developed by Singaporean beekeepers, with all R&D, and recipes crafted locally in Singapore.
• Sustainably Harvested: Our honey is harvested from sustainably managed beehives in undisturbed environments. For instance, we only collect the surplus honey from our beehives to ensure our bees have enough to eat, so that they are happy and healthy.
• 100% Natural Ingredients: Only 100% natural pure honey with natural ingredients are used, creating our unique, flavorful varieties in our state-of-the-art facilities.
• Incredible Flavors: New infusions include Ginger-Infused Honey, Chili-Infused Honey and Lime-Infused Honey - ideal for culinary explorers, chefs and health-conscious consumers who prefer natural sweeteners instead of artificial sweeteners.

New Flavor Varieties:

In addition to our signature raw Australian honey, Hives Keeper introduces three exciting new flavoured honeys:
• Ginger Honey: A warming blend that infuses the natural goodness of honey with the spicy zing of ginger. 6 months old young gingers were used. The Ginger Honey can be taken as it is, mixed with water or tea, or as spread for toast.
• Chili Honey: A unique combination to create this sweet and spicy honey. Ideal for adding depth to your baking and cooking, to drizzle on mixed greens, salads, or glaze it on BBQ chicken wings and chicken breasts.
• Lime Honey: A refreshing and zesty honey with a citrus twist. It is rich in Vitamin C and great for mixing with water or tea, and drizzling over pancakes, salads, or use as a spread on toast.

All the products are rich in antioxidants, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. They can relief persistent cough, cure sore throats, aid in digestions, enrich your appetite, boost your immune system and improve overall wellness.
