Additionally, Mr. Durr earned his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washburn University School of Law, where he participated in a Fellowship through the Kansas Association of Counties. Mr. Durr is an experienced attorney who has previously focused his practice on corporate and real estate law. He also handled creditor rights, real estate tax planning, and bankruptcy matters in a litigation-focused role. His early career included work in agricultural and business real estate and commercial litigation, building a well-rounded foundation in both transactional and litigation contexts across multiple areas of law.
