The Opening Ceremony

The Party secretary of Huai'an, Shi Zhijun delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, emphasizing that as a city worthy of investment. Huai'an is seizing the opportunity of "hub economy" and accelerating the formation of characteristic industrial chains, innovation chains and supply chains, becoming a development highland with more prominent investment value.
