Parceiros Voluntarios credits Worktables and monday.com's Emergency Response Team with Supporting Relief Efforts in Rio Grande do Sul Floods

mondayERT.org and Worktables volunteers assisted the NGO during the recent Brazil crisis
SAO PAULO, Brazil - October 22, 2024 - Crisis Management Group Parcerios Voluntarios, the Brazilian non-profit volunteer organization, today announced it has received substantial support from monday.com's Emergency Response Team (mondayERT) and Worktables to further its operations. Parcerios Voluntarios, a non-governmental organization (NGO), credits mondayERT and Worktables with the agile humanitarian crisis management system that improved the organization's efficiency in its response to catastrophic floods in Rio Grande do Sul in May of this year.

Parcerios Voluntarios was challenged to assign the donations of funds and relief items to those in need as the NGO lacked an efficient distribution and disaster management platform. In addition, its most pressing problem in managing emergencies was integrating information, which resulted in inefficient, duplicate efforts.

The NGO solved this challenge using the pro bono monday.com platform and Worktables dedicated support. mondayERT identified Worktables as a beneficial partner and implementer for the NGO thanks to its association with global NGOs. The monday.com platform, tailored by Worktables allowed for a more agile and streamlined aid management and distribution process that eliminated the need for lengthy email chains and duplication of efforts. As a result of this collaboration, the NGO'st disaster management team can now easily manage their response, generate and share situational and activity reports, and gain actionable insights, all in a transparent and accountable manner.

The collaboration was part of the partnership between mondayERT and the Worktables team who generously donated their time before and after regular working hours to assist Parcerios Voluntarios. These included Worktables executives Giovanni Pizzato, CTO, Eduardo Olivera, Team Lead, and Michael Cimo, CEO.
