2. Unpacking: Remove the nails on the wooden box and remove the wooden board.

4.Maintenance And Maintenance

Daily Maintenance

Daily maintenance of the sock printer. After a day of printing, you need to clean up unnecessary items on the device. Move the small head out to check if there are fibers from the socks stuck on the bottom of the head. If there are, you need to clean them in time. Check if the waste ink in the waste ink bottle needs to be poured out. Turn off the power and check whether the nozzle is closed with the ink stack.Check whether the ink in the large ink cartridge needs to be refilled.

Regular Inspection

The belts, gears, ink stacks, and guide rails of the sock printer need to be checked regularly. Lubricating oil needs to be applied to the gears and guide rails to prevent the head from wearing out during high-speed movement.
