A Compact Design Carton and Tray Former at Gulfood 2024

Join us at the Gulfood Manufacturing Show in Dubai, UAE, from 5-7 November 2024, on stand # S-L23, and experience live demonstration of the HS Mini Carton / Tray Former, perfect for medium speed applications and installations with limited floor space.

With a compact footprint nearly half the size of traditional carton formers, the HS Mini retains the advanced features of the Bradman Lake HS Former, including forming rates of up to 60 cartons per minute with quick and repeatable changeovers by means of factory set change parts. Machine includes an Allen-Bradley control platform and HMI.

Every machine is ready for production, whether used as a stand-alone unit or as part of an integrated Bradman Lake packaging system, which could include a flow wrapping, auto carton loading, carton closing, case packing / shrink wrapping and palletising - making Bradman Lake an ideal partner for automation from 'Process to Pallet'.

Tooling Flexibility: The ergonomic, modular design offers ultimate flexibility, handling a wide range of carton formats and sizes. It can be quickly adapted to meet evolving customer demands, ensuring our clients are ready to respond to fast-changing market conditions.

The HS Mini can be tooled to for various styles of lock and glue-form cartons and trays, including standard three-flap or front-flap cartons, turn-over-end cartons, hooded lid cartons, and shelf-ready display cartons.

At the show, the carton former on display will be set up to lock-form three-flap cartons.
