Park City, UT – Janco has just launched an Information Technology News Portal - www.newsgroupworld.com. The portal provides links to the top RSS news feeds which relate to Information Techology. The news feeds are dynamically read and placed in HTML format without the use of a news reader by the user. At the same time the site maintains links to the source of the news and protects the copyright of the new provider."
The static pages load quickly and eliminate the overhead associated with the constant capture and re-capture of the news pages. Since the pages are in HTML format they can be read by any browser without the user having to link to the individual RSS news feeds. With this approach newsgroupworld.com provides a one stop approach to see what is new in the Information Techology world.
Janco has a number IT portals including http://www.e-janco.com (Janco corporate site) and http://www.itproductivity.org (IT Productivity Center). These web sites are information portals for business executives who manage the Information Technology function. Mr. Janulaitis said, “These portals provide Information Technology management productivity tools to executives and IT professionals. The portal has templates and reports covering Sarbanes-Oxley to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Disaster Recovery Planning.”
