Kenwood Completes 7-Year Lease Extension With Ellicott City Pediatrics Associates in Howard County, Maryland

Kenwood Chevrolet Drive, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, announced today that it had completed a 7-year lease renewal with Ellicott City Pediatrics Associates at its Chevrolet Drive property.

Ellicott City Pediatrics Associates is a well-known and respected pediatrics practice in the area with seven physicians. They have been in operation since 1970.

"We are very pleased to have completed this renewal," Kenwood Asset Manager Tom Driscoll said. "The entire Ellicott City Pediatrics staff was wonderful to work with as we updated and improved their space."

Kenwood purchased 9011 Chevrolet Drive in 2023. It is 100% leased to a collection of medical, educational, and retail tenants. These include Reading Town, Forever Young Hair, The Dugout Baseball Cards, My Life Learning, and Linda Lang, MD. Ellicott City is the county government seat for Howard County, Maryland, one of the wealthiest counties on the East Coast.
