Kamika's journey reflects both academic and professional achievements. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Springfield College, graduating cum laude, followed by a Master's in Education. Currently, she is completing her PhD in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her participation in the McKinsey and Company Black Leadership Academy further strengthened her skills as a mentor and advocate for positive change.
