Newland Payment Technology expands European presence with acquisition of partner NewNote's terminal business in France and Spain

This strategic move marks a significant milestone in our international growth plan, demonstrating our commitment to developing our footprint in the European market.

With the official opening of our European branch office in Spain, and the continued achievement of local market certifications for our devices, Newland NPT is increasingly well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers with comprehensive solutions in this key region. Following the successful evolution of our long-term partnership in France and in Spain, both companies agreed that Newland NPT would take over NewNote's operations in France, as well as some of its key software assets and direct management of major accounts in Spain. Integrating core elements of NewNote's technological capabilities will help us expand our end-to-end solution offer, providing customers with tailored software applications as well as a range of device-related services.
