Applications:
1. Calcium nitrite is a new type of admixture used in concrete engineering construction. It has good effects of early strength, antifreeze, rust resistance and anti-oxidation. Concrete antifreeze agent - can reduce the freezing point of fresh concrete, the construction temperature can reach -25 degrees C. Under negative temperature conditions, it can promote the hydration reaction of mineral components in cement. It is a new generation of antifreeze agent for chlorine-free and alkali-free aggregate reaction.
2. Steel bar rust inhibitor - has excellent passivation, rust resistance and protection effects on steel bars, and its rust resistance effect is higher than that of sodium nitrite. Concrete early strength agent - can shorten the cement setting time and improve the early strength of concrete.
3. At the same time, calcium nitrite can also be used as a metal corrosion inhibitor, metal anti-corrosion treatment agent, polymer heat stabilizer, cement mortar binder, heavy oil detergent, etc. It can also be used in organic synthesis and medicine.
Storage precautions
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated dedicated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 30, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. The packaging must be sealed and not exposed to air. It should be stored separately from reducing agents, acids, and active metal powders, and should not be mixed. The storage area should be equipped with appropriate materials to contain leaks.
