International Survey Starts: Maturity and Benchmarks in SRM

Maturity in SRM: Self-Assessment and Benchmarks

The questionnaire is available in English and German. It enables participants to submit their current processes and practices in SRM to a critical self-assessment and offers benchmarks so they can see where they currently stand. Participants instantly receive their personal result and, if they want, concrete recommendations for how they can further professionalize their Procurement. The range of questions covers the dimensions of people, processes, and technology and spans across the entire supplier lifecycle, including processes such as supplier qualification, classification, and supplier development and recognition - all the way up to complex subjects like definition and implementation of global category strategies, supplier consolidation, and use of KPIs in Supplier Relationship Management.

The target group includes Procurement leaders and experienced employees, particularly CPOs, project leaders, and others in strategic procurement in manufacturing, commercial, and service companies in all industries and of all company sizes. Procurement experts from corporations and mid-sized enterprises are likewise invited to take part. The results will be published in a benchmark report after the survey has been completed.
