2024 Shenzhen Chuan-Yu Basketball League with the generous support of Kinghelm
On the afternoon of September 22, the 2024 "Beautiful Rubik's Cube Cup" Shenzhen Chuan-Yu Basketball League, prominently sponsored by Kinghelm Electronics [https://www.kinghelm.net/], culminated in a thrilling final at the Q-PARK Basketball Hall in Longgang District, Shenzhen. The "Chuan-Yu Tongxin Association" youth team, supported by Kinghelm, claimed third place, while the middle-aged team secured fourth. This year marks the 19th edition of the league, which ran from September 7 to September 22 and featured 18 teams with 278 participants.
During the opening ceremony, General Manager Song Shiqiang delivered an inspiring speech, urging everyone to showcase their skills and embody the fighting spirit of the Chuan-Yu region. He not only played as a member of the middle-aged team but also attended various matches to support the players, culminating in his presence at the final game. At the celebration banquet, he presented awards to youth team MVP Li Zhenjiang and three other outstanding athletes on behalf of Kinghelm Electronics.
A Passionate Community
Song Shiqiang stated that the "Chuan-Yu Tongxin Association" youth and middle-aged teams are composed of compatriots from the Chuan-Yu region who are striving in Shenzhen. They share a love for life and basketball, embodying a fighting spirit and a strong team ethos. The youth team includes key members like Zhou Yuan, Kinghelm's business manager, while the middle-aged team features Wu Bo from Lichuang Mall and other notable players. Song, a sports enthusiast, often organizes friendly matches with industry peers and has represented his hometown of Xichong in competitions.
