This marks a historic moment in FAU's athletic legacy, with Dream 2 Lead serving as the official charity partner for the next three consecutive years. This partnership will extend across all FAU Division 1 sports, making a substantial impact on the university's community and beyond.

The partnership, spearheaded by R.J. Martino, General Manager of Florida Atlantic Sports Properties, marks a pivotal moment for both FAU and Dream 2 Lead. The funds raised will be directed toward empowering young people, especially underserved youth, through sports, entertainment, and STEAMS (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math, and Sports) educational initiatives.

As a power couple led by Christ, Kristoffer Doura and Telena Paris are committed to using their faith as a foundation for their leadership and vision. Kristoffer Doura, an ex-NFL player from the Miami Dolphins, with a heavy background in finance and financial planning, currently serves as the Vice President of Sports and Entertainment at Amerant Bank. His financial expertise has been instrumental in the organization, growth, and stability of Dream 2 Lead. Telena Paris also brings her extensive background in arts and entertainment, specifically in the areas of dance, music, and performance, coupled with her business management, consulting, and leadership expertise.
