Are you ready to run faster, longer, and injury-free? In Faster Without Fail, sports chiropractor and veteran marathoner Dr. Leo Kormanik shares his revolutionary approach to achieving optimal running form. Drawing from his personal journey and extensive experience treating runners, Dr. Kormanik provides actionable strategies and insights that have been battle-tested by thousands of his patients.
Dr. Kormanik details proven techniques to prevent and overcome running injuries, the science behind perfecting your running form, customized approaches for runners of all levels, the common pitfalls that hinder performance and how to fix them, and exercises to enhance efficiency and speed.
With a blend of hard science, practical advice, and personal anecdotes, Faster Without Fail is your ultimate guide to running success. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting out, this book will empower you to become the best runner you can be.
Dr. Kormanik stated, "Running benefits whoever chooses to partake consistently, but it is hands down the most injurious sport. How can something be so right yet so wrong? Simply put, most of us are doing it wrong. We were all meant to run, but we are all lost on how to do it properly. The running culture has yet to offer an honest solution to this dilemma. Understanding and implementing the principles in this book will be an important step forward in helping you achieve your running goals and enjoy the sport with fewer setbacks."
When asked about his motivation for writing the book, Dr. Kormanik replied, "This book is meant to empower you. It can initially seem overwhelming since I spend so much time reviewing everything that can be wrong with our running form. This is necessary since it is essential to understand all the common pitfalls adequately. Once we expose the issues, we can build the body back up toward a better-running self. It's no different from when we remodel a kitchen or a bathroom. We acknowledge all the issues, and then we address them head-on. Things get messy for a bit; then, we get a brand-new kitchen! In the case of running, we get to enjoy the benefits of running faster and staying healthier."
The book can be purchased on a special flash sale Monday, October 7, 2024, at:

As temperatures gradually warm, spring and summer styling has become a focus in men's daily dressing. Compared to autumn and winter, spring and summer clothing is lighter, thinner, and more close-fitting, with longer and more extensive contact with the skin. This shift has led people to pay greater attention to the safety, comfort, and breathability of clothing materials. When garments almost become a "second skin," factors such as skin-friendliness,…
