San Diego, CA (September, 2024) - Aculon, Inc., a global leader in surface modification technologies, is thrilled to announce the launch of AcuFlow® 7, its newest best-in-class repellency nanocoating technology. Designed to transform oil flow applications, AcuFlow® 7 offers an effective coating process that prevents both organic and inorganic deposits from adhering to surfaces, significantly increasing yield and throughput while drastically reducing the need for maintenance and cleaning processes.

AcuFlow® 7 represents a major advancement in the field of water and oil flow assurance coatings. Utilizing patented proprietary surface technologies that enable the polymeric coating to chemically bond to metal, glass and plastic surfaces, AcuFlow® 7 drastically reduces surface fouling and modifying surfaces to repel both organic (paraffins, asphaltenes, etc.) and inorganic scales. This polymer-based treatment is an improvement upon existing monolayer technologies which are limited to metal oxide surfaces.
