The 1N4148 is a point-contact type of low-current high-frequency switching diode known for its high-speed switching capability and fast recovery time. The 1N4148 has a forward current of 150mA, reverse withstand voltage of 75V, junction capacitance of 4pF, reverse recovery time of 4nS, and maximum power consumption of 500mW. It is usually in a SOD-27 (DO-35) package with a smaller size and height.
The 2N7002 is an N-channel enhanced mode field-effect transistor (MOSFET) produced using high cell density DMOS technology. It provides low on-resistance and fast switching performance for low voltage, low current circuit applications. The 2N7002 has a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V, a maximum drain current of 115mA, and a minimum gate threshold voltage as low as 1V. Its package type, SOT-23, is a surface-mount compact package suitable for compact applications.
BAT54C is a Schottky diode consisting of two PNS in parallel in reverse, with fast switching characteristics and a low forward voltage drop. Such diodes are commonly used in signal detection, rectification, switching, and protection circuits. The reverse voltage of the BAT54C is 30V, the forward current is 200mA, the forward voltage is 320mV, and the reverse recovery time is only 5ns. Packaged in SOT-23, it is suitable for surface mount technology and is widely used in power and high-frequency applications.
