Bob McLain owned and operated Theme Park Press for a total of twelve years and made the careful decision to sell his business to Ohmart after considering the future of his company. McLain has spent more than a decade shaping Theme Park Press and aims to see the company grow beyond its current level. Ohmart has a proven track record of success in publishing books and other media, with more than 2,000 titles in the BearManor Media catalog, and he is dedicated to promoting new and published authors alike. After deliberating on potential prospects for his company, McLain decided that Theme Park Press should be led by Ohmart, and Ohmart was pleased to have the opportunity to purchase the imprint.
Theme Park Press is the largest independent publisher of Disney books. Ohmart has been a longtime admirer of the publishing imprint and the promotion McLain has done. He is thrilled to be at the helm. "I'm very excited about our acquisition of Theme Park Press," said Ohmart said. "The future of this very special publishing imprint is bright."
