Feel Good 101, an organization dedicated to enhancing self-direction and professional development through creativity, is launching a series of creative wellbeing workshops titled "MOJO: Speak to Inspire." These workshops are designed to help business owners, managers, and professionals recharge their creative resources and improve their public speaking skills.

Elisabeth TONYE, the founder of Feel Good 101, brings over two decades of experience in various art forms to the program. As an international singer-songwriter, TONYE has performed in venues such as Kew Gardens and The New Morning in France, garnering media attention from outlets like 50 Cent Clout and Paris FM. Her diverse background in acting, dancing, and filmmaking enriches the workshops, providing participants with a multifaceted approach to creativity and personal development.

TONYE holds a Master's degree in Advertising and is a certified Reiki Master Teacher. Her academic and professional qualifications, combined with personal experiences, position her to guide participants through transformative creative processes. Following the passing of her parents, TONYE recognized the importance of a creative approach to navigating life's challenges. She aims to help individuals live authentically and confidently, encouraging them to embrace their true selves without fear or hesitation.
