Gray Matters Neurofeedback Could be the Answer
Neurofeedback? What is it? What does it help? How does it work? Does it hurt?Image: https://www.getnews.info/uploads/4214709a07ba1f0cfbbe52b035717080.jpg
Neurofeedback uses software that trains the brain to regulate itself. This helps create more efficient learning, reduces emotional dysregulation, improves sleep, helps heal head injury and improves cognitive function. It can be used with all ages. Electrodes on the scalp measure brain activity, and through visual feedback individuals learn to adjust their brainwaves. It is medication free, pain free and a very safe process!
Neurofeedback can help with many mental health areas of concern because it measures brain activity and can train new pathways to lessen symptoms. Anxiety, sleep issues, TBI/concussion, spectrum disorders, memory, attention/focus, long covid, depression, OCD and more are all struggles that can benefit highly from neurofeedback training.
Why trust us? We offer a team of top clinicians with board certifications in neurofeedback and qEEG. All EEGs are analyzed in house and personalized plans are developed using a collaborative approach. Each session is run with a neuro-therapist in a private room
in order to best suit the needs of each individual client. We employ modalities including photo-bio-modulation, neuro-stimulation, and ISF, as well as traditional counseling.
We invite you to call or email to schedule a free consultation. Grey Matters Neurofeedback and Counseling is located in Lakewood, Colorado near Denver, and Mind Body Neurotherapy is our Chicago, Illinois area practice. Check out our website or social media for more information.
