In addition to his corporate leadership, Ethan has demonstrated a strong commitment to service through his roles on multiple boards. He has served as President of the Narrow Fabrics Industry Board and on the Board of the U.S. Industrial Fabric Institute, where he helped promote lawful and fair trade practices in the industrial fabrics industry. Ethan's dedication to charitable causes is also evident through his six-year tenure on the board of Cleveland Christian Home, a haven of hope and healing for children, youth, and families affected by mental illness, abuse, and neglect, where he served as Board Chair for two years.
