Safety through automatic fire extinguishing system

The AB1000S and AB2000S are part of Zendure's popular SolarFlow product line and were developed to store the solar energy generated by balcony power plants that is not consumed immediately. What sets these batteries apart, however, is the innovative aerosol fire suppression system. This system detects overheating or technical defects such as short circuits in the event of a fire and extinguishes the fire automatically. The system is activated at temperatures between 160 and 180 degrees Celsius, converting the solid aerosol agent into gas. The released particles smother the fire without producing harmful vapors.

Powerful storage capacities

The AB1000S and AB2000S offer storage capacities of 960 Wh and 1,920 Wh respectively and are therefore identical to the previous AB1000 and AB2000 models. Thanks to the modular design, up to four batteries can be connected together to achieve a maximum storage capacity of an impressive 7,680 Wh. Users can flexibly combine both the AB1000S and the AB2000S.

Reliable operation even in extreme temperatures

The new batteries are equipped with an advanced battery management system (BMS) that continuously monitors performance and prevents overheating during normal operation. They also enable operation in extreme temperatures down to -20 °C. An integrated heating element uses the first rays of sunlight to heat the battery to a safe operating temperature before charging begins.

Availability and prices

The AB2000S is now available for pre-order at an introductory price of €799, while the AB1000S will be available for €399 at launch. Both models offer increased safety and are therefore a worthwhile investment for anyone looking for sustainable and safe energy solutions.
