Features:

- API 6D trunnion mounted ball valve.

- ISO 5211 mounted pad design for actuator application.

- Double block and bleed design, single valve with two seating surfaces that, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from both ends of the valve with a means of bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces. And single piston effect seats design, as known as self-relieving seats, permits the automatic release of nay over pressure in the body cavity when the valve is in the fully open or fully closed position.

- Emergency sealant injection which provide an effective temporary solution for minor leakage problems. Sealant can be injected directly to the stem sealing area and seat sealing area to affect a temporary emergency seal in the event of the stem seal or seat seal is dmaaged. Valves would be complete with emergency sealant injection over 6".

- API 607 fire safe design. In case of fire during the use of valve, the seat ring, stem O-ring and middle flange O-ring made of PTFE, rubber or other non-metal materials will be decomposed or damaged under high temperature. Under pressure of the media, the ball itself will push the seat retainer rapidly towards the ball and make the metal to metal sealing structure, which can effectively control valve leakage.
