AGI CORPORATION INTRODUCES TRAY STORAGE CART FOR ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
AGI Corporation, manufacturer of tooling products and service provider for circuit board assembly, introduces the PCB Tray Storage Cart. This cart is designed to protect printed circuit boards (PCB) of all sizes during transport and storage.The PCB Tray Storage Cart is available in two standard sizes to accommodate manufacturer’s existing trays. AGI also provides conductive trays with an electrostatic dissipative (ESD) mat for customers needing a complete solution. The cart frame and brackets are manufactured from 14 gauge steel with a chrome epoxy finish.
Other features of the PCB Tray Storage cart include:
- Flexible storage with adjustable L brackets for varying sizes of totes and trays
- 14 gauge stainless steel cart frame provides rigidity and durability
- ESD drag chain
- 5” Performa cushion ride conductive swivel casters ensure smooth transport.
- Conductive molded fiberglass trays measuring to 10^5 ohms per square inch available
- Electrostatic dissipative mats on conductive trays provides additional layer of ESD protection
- Front and rear locking bar option secures trays inside cart
- Quick assembly in 30 minutes
Electronics manufacturers use a great deal of resources designing, manufacturing and managing circuit boards,” says Chad Petty, General Manager for AGI Corp. “The Tray Storage Cart protects that investment and ensures the manufacturers provide a quality product.”
The PCB Tray Storage Cart can be employed in a variety of production facilities using PCB technology including consumer electronics, military and defense equipment, medical device, radio frequency identification (RFID), contract manufacturing and general electronics repair.
The PCB Tray Storage Cart is manufactured in Huntsville, Alabama and is shipped knocked down (KD) to the customer. Shipping the cart unassembled is more cost effective for the customer, reducing shipping costs. AGI Corp. shipping coverage includes North America and Mexico. Custom widths are available to manufacturers with specific applications.
