The aluminum stepped hull design is a game-changer in marine technology. This advanced design significantly reduces drag, enhancing speed and offering exceptional fuel efficiency. The stepped hull ensures a smoother ride in rough and choppy waters, providing a safer experience for extended missions. As the name implies, stepped hulls have steps in the lower part of the hull's surface reducing the hull's drag and increasing hydrodynamic efficiency.

The forward cabin section features a revolutionary shading configuration, ensuring maximum comfort during prolonged sun exposure. The sectional glass rooftop enhances visibility during tactical maneuvers, VBSS operations, and approaches to larger vessels, with an integrated ladder for seamless rooftop access.

The bow has been expertly redesigned to improve visibility, clearance, and operational efficiency.

The boat is powered by triple 400 Hp engines. Each of these engines produces 150 amps of power, generating sufficient energy for the cabin's AC and electronics. The boat holds three fuel tanks for long-range missions and a diesel tank for the generator.

Innovative Safety Features
FoamShield Hull Construction:

Our exclusive FoamShield® technology involves injecting the hull with closed-cell foam, making the boat virtually unsinkable. This innovation enhances safety, structural rigidity, and sound dampening, ensuring a quieter ride. The hull also features two bulkheads, dividing it into three distinct sections, each with its own bilge pump for additional safety.

Hypalon D-Shaped Tube:

This deck space -saving tube design is mechanically attached, easily removable, and replaceable, providing durability and convenience. The tube is filled with our exclusive HYB foam®, which improves shock absorption, tube longevity, and prevents any problem that could happen with puncture or cuts.

Enhanced Cabin:

The spacious cabin offers ample room for pilots and co-pilots to conduct operations effectively. It features a comprehensive control station with high overhead clearance and a widescreen for systems monitoring, along with nine suspension seats for optimal comfort during extended missions. The cabin is equipped with essential amenities such as a toilet, air conditioning, and sliding windows.

Push Knee:

The push knee is positioned at the bow and serves to protect the vessel during forward boarding operations and docking by absorbing impact. Constructed from robust materials such as aluminum, covered by high-performance EPDM rubber.

Military-Specific Weapon Storage:

Strategically located weapons and ammunition storage compartments ensure quick and safe access.

Versatility & Safety:

Featuring a wide deck including four gun mounts and a tow post, the boat is equipped with versatile operational capabilities. Also, the strategically positioned handrails enhance safety during high-speed operations and facilitate easy maneuverability.

Advanced Communication and Navigation

The Cabin boat is equipped with David Clark wireless communication system, a wireless charger, and an Iridium satellite weather receiver, which ensures enhanced real-time communications and weather monitoring. To enhance operational visibility, the vessel is equipped with day and night vision thermal cameras, L3Harris tactical radio, floodlights, and deck lights. The rooftop features a sunroof, a siren, radar, VHF antenna, flagpole, anchor light, police LED light bar, and a remote-controlled searchlight.

Stepped Hull vs Traditional Hull

In a stepped hull design, the bottom surface of the hull incorporates ridges or steps. As the boat moves, these steps create air pockets, reducing drag and increasing speed. This innovation enhances fuel efficiency and maneuverability at higher speeds. In contrast, traditional hulls lack these steps and use a different aerodynamic principle, often sacrificing some of the efficiency gains provided by stepped hulls.

Choosing between a stepped and a traditional hull depends largely on the mission requirements, desired performance characteristics, and operational environment. Stepped hulls excel at speed and efficiency, whereas traditional hulls offer versatility and stability across various conditions.
