Lee County Plumbing and Well Service Sponsors the Nate Edwards Annual Fishing Tournament

Nate Edwards tragically passed away on October 1, 2021, at the young age of 24. Throughout his life, Nate was beloved by many, generously dedicating his time to family, friends, and strangers alike. His commitment to helping others and his passion for fishing inspired the creation of the Nate Edwards Fishing Tournament, first held in 2022 in his honor.
The tournament will commence with a registration and mandatory captains meeting on Friday, October 25th, at Camellia Street Grill, generously sponsored by Nairia Freeman. Attendees will enjoy an ambiance filled with music, a delightful Mahi dinner, drinks, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and a live auction hosted by Michael Murphy. The evening promises to be an engaging and memorable start to the event.

• Date: Friday, October 25th, 2024
• Time: Registration begins at 5:30 PM
• Venue: Camellia Street Grill, 202 Camellia St W, Everglades City, FL

Weigh-In/Winners Ceremony
• Date: Saturday, October 26th, 2024
• Time: Weigh-in from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM; Winners Ceremony around 5:00 PM

• 6:30 AM - Line up in Barron River for National Anthem and Shot Gun Start
• 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM - Weigh-In at Everglades Fishing Co
• 5:00 PM - Winners Ceremony
Entry Fees:
• Adult Angler: $150.00 (before October 1st) / $170.00 (after October 1st)
• Kid Angler (12 & under): $75.00
• Extra Dinner Ticket: $35.00 (non-angler or non-sponsor)
