LOKLiK Supports a Shared Green Future on 2024 World Environment Day in Mexico

The innovative handicraft brand holds events aiming at promoting environmental protection among youngsters
LOKLiK, a well-known player in the DIY industry, recently announced its participation in World Environment Day through social service events partnered with Nasbid Morales, the acclaimed content creator, at Telesecundaria, a non-profit educational institution in Mexico. The theme of World Environment Day 2024 is "Our Land, Our Future; We Are the Restoration Generation," which aims to raise awareness of soil and environmental protection.

Following this year's theme, LOKLiK and Nasbid Morales jointly designed and held highly impactful and engaging activities lasting 12 days. These events sought to enhance youngsters' consciousness and encourage tangible steps toward environmental protection, underscoring LOKLiK's ongoing dedication to creating a greener, more sustainable society aligned with the ESG program.

To strengthen the education of natural resource preservation and waste classification, Nasbid led two enlightening and instructive lectures open to Telesecundaria students. She designed interactive and enjoyable games using LOKLiK's sublimation paper featuring vivid transfer results to teach the participants how to classify wastes correctly and effectively, enabling them to turn fresh-learned knowledge into practical life skills.
