TantrumXYZ's baby milestone cards tool goes live

'New parenting playbook' TantrumXYZ is thrilled to announce that its free digital tool for marking baby milestones in style is now live.

Parents can mark each funny little chapter in their baby's first year with the help of the tool, and its illustrations by Gilles & Cecilie Studio (Moleskine, the Royal Mint, Swims, Paul Smith).

Whether the baby is one week or one year old, mid-tantrum, learning to smile, or simply in a blissful state of milk drunkenness, TantrumXYZ – a tech start-up based in east London - has the milestone overlay with which to celebrate it.

In a modern palate of orange, pink, yellow, navy and grey, and with a host of themes and characters such as tipsy bottles, jaunty clouds and spacefaring animals, these cards are unlike anything available on the market already.

What is more, they are completely free, and available to download and use quickly, easily and with only one hand (an absolute essential when a new baby is always in the other).

They have been designed with the millennial parent in mind: tech-savvy, design-conscious, and often overlooked by the traditional parenting market.

‘Just because you have a baby, it doesn’t mean you have to undergo a style lobotomy as well,’ says TantrumXYZ’s editor and co-founder Lisa Williams (Tatler, Press Association, the Independent).

‘We have created a product we would be proud to add to our precious baby photos to share on social media and on the family WhatsApp groups. We hope other new parents enjoy using and sharing them as much as we do.’

The baby milestones tool launches officially today, and images will be collected on social media under the hashtag #MilestonesXYZ

If there is any way you can help promote it, please do. You can try out the tool at tantrum.xyz and look for images under the hashtag #MilestonesXYZ. Email info@tantrum.xyz for more information.

The baby milestone tool is the latest service provided to mothers and fathers by new parenting playbook TantrumXYZ, a website which already offers an online shop selling design-led kids’ clothes, books and gear, a weekly news recap called Breeders’ Digest, a free networking event for parents in start-ups, an online family events calendar, and stand-up comedy afternoons for new parents (and babies).
